1. Only products in their original packing (unopened and undamaged) may be returned for refund within two (2) weeks from the date of purchase indicated on the officialreceipt.
2. In any event, no refunds shall be given if the product(s) is/are purchased using gift vouchers/under promotion/ as a free gift.
3. In cases where an allergic reaction develops and such allergy is verified in writing by DRx Clinic physician to be caused solely by the use of the product(s) purchased from DRx, or the said product(s) is/are found to be unsuitable for use by the customer due to other medical reasons (written verification by a DRx Clinic physician required), a full refund will be given provided that the relevant product(s) is/are returned within one (1) week from the date of the written verification by the physician as required above.
Customer may opt to exchange the purchased product for another product of a higher value and pay for the difference.
However, no cash shall be refunded should customer opt to exchange purchased products for another product of a lower value.
4. Products that have been used or are not in their original and undamaged packing are strictly non exchangeable.
5. Products can only be exchanged if there is a defect or dispensed wrongly, within one (1) month from the date of purchase with original official receipt.
6. In any event, no exchange shall be granted if the product(s) is/are purchased using gift vouchers/under promotion/ as a free gift.
C. General Terms and Conditions
7. Refund – A Refund Request Form must be filled out personally by the customer and submitted to DRx for approval before the refund request can be processed. If approved, it may take up to three (3) months for the customer’s request to be processed and for the refund to be made. All refunds shall be made in cheque, in the name of the customer. For security reasons, any refund given must be collected personally by the customer from the relevant DRx outlet.
Any refund given shall be subject to deduction of all applicable credit card and bank charges and a S$50 / RM150 administrative charge.
8. Exchange – An Exchange Request Form must be filled up personally by the customer and submitted to DRx before the exchange request can beprocessed.
Please note that for the exchange of product under Item 3 above, the processing of the request may take up to six (6) weeks as DRx may be required to send the product back to its distributor for examination and approval before the exchange can be effected; in cases where the distributor is unable to make a decision, the product will then be sent back
to the manufacturer for examination and approval for exchange.
9. Any request for exchange / refund must be accompanied by the original receipts.
15. Where there is any conflict or inconsistency between English and Chinese language in this document, the English version shall prevail.
